Lonely Winter Giant

Man this looks crap on here lol. I did this in one night (possibly the fastest ive ever done anything) as my long thought-about-but-no-action-taken entry for inthename's Winter Wonderland Contest! I decided try and convey Winteriness in just black and white, which is alot harder than i thought Theres no way i'll win but what the hell.

I did about 10 trees and wasnt happy until i drew this 'art noveau' inspired tree It looks like its from a Church's stained glass window depicting some medieval Christian scene lol, you know the ones.

Its just pen and ink and was "shaded" digitally. Anyway i dont even know if im gonna be in the contest coz im late and confused by America and Australia time, but voting probably starts some time soon..check it out! [link]
